Keisha Redmond, 41

Chicago firefighter. At 5 a.m. I'm running steel stairs in a weighted vest, and by breakfast I'm flipping slightly reckless pancakes for my crew. Days off mean boxing, kayaking the river and classic movies. Questions about the job are welcome, and so are pancake requests.
