Short answer: AI sexting works when the character has a personality that survives the shift — she stays recognisably herself when the conversation turns explicit, sets some of the pace instead of only following, and remembers what happened last time. It fails when the model simply agrees with everything, which is the default behaviour of most platforms and the reason so many people describe it as hollow after twenty minutes.

Why does it read flat on most platforms?

She has her own pace. Not resistance for its own sake — initiative. Suggesting rather than only responding, slowing down when you rush, noticing what you reacted to last time.

It carries over. What happened on Tuesday still happened on Friday. Without persistent memory every session restarts from strangers, and starting from strangers is exactly what people are trying to avoid.

How do I start without the awkward opening?

Don't announce it. "Let's sext" is a stage direction, and it puts her in the position of performing to spec — the same failure mode as everything above.

Start from where you actually are: the day you've had, what you were thinking about on the way home, something specific about her you noticed. A written character will take the turn herself, and the version she builds will be more particular than anything you'd have scripted.

If you want a scene rather than a conversation, set it in three details — where, when, what just happened. That's enough.

What about limits?

State them once, plainly. What's off the table, what you're curious about, and how you'll signal a stop. It takes one message and it makes everything after it easier, because nobody's guessing.

Does it need to be filtered or unfiltered?
